CONTEMPORARY ABORIGINAL ART EXHIBITION

Gala Opening Friday September 27, 9-12 pm

In association with the 5^th annual Biindigaate Film Festival, experience visual/multi-media art by contemporary national, international and regional Aboriginal artists. Join us for the Gala Opening Reception & fabulous celebration of the 5^th Anniversary of the Biindigaate Film Festival, featuring music with the symphonic jazz vibes of Robin Ranger and two coinciding art exhibitions, comprised of invited nationally known multi-media artist, Lisa Myers (Toronto) with two new media works and a special art performance and talk, curated by Jean Marshall, also a fabulous selection of Aboriginal artists from the International collection of Louise Thomas and the Ahnisnabae Art Gallery. Art, Music, catered refreshments and more! Friday September 27, 9pm. Open during the festival and Culture Days everyday 12-6pm for a walk, talk and tour.
