TIFFANY TURNER-EXHIBITION What's Her Story: A Meditation On Inherited Strength - Textile Exhibition 13th Nov 2026 - 16th Jan 2027 - Gala Opening Reception-Friday Oct. 13 @ 7pm-11pm What’s Her Story: A Meditation On Inherited Strength: Tiffany Turner, an accomplished textile artist known throughout Northwestern Ontario expresses the outcome of a multi-year process of self discovery, creative experimentation and matriarchal research. It is a collection of textile work, constructed historically, inspired by her grandmothers, both the ones she had the privilege to know and the ones whose stories she has been seeking. In a time of divisiveness, disconnection and environmental crisis it is more important than ever to build connection to: the materials we use, the communities we live in and the people we share the planet with. She hopes this exhibition inspires other people to slow down, make things, find connection with the ancestors and appreciate the mysterious world we are gifted to exist in. Join us for the Gala Opening Reception featuring Art, Music, Film, Talks -Gallery 1, as well a bevy of catered and cool fall refreshments.
