Synopsis:  A quiet American bordertown. A summer day in 2004. A successful landlord befriends a teenage girl on rollerskates. Three criminals quarrel about ISIS in the midst of a drug bender. Two stoners aimlessly roam the streets, looking for trouble. All the while a killer walks among them.
